It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the International Conference on AgriTech & Plantation 5.0, to be held from 14th to 15th September 2026 at IIPM Bengaluru. The conference will be preceded by a Pre-Conference Workshop on 12th and 13th September 2026.
IIPM Bengaluru, a premier and autonomous institute in agribusiness and plantation management, is proud to host this international conference to address critical issues in agribusiness and plantation sectors through the exchange of research insights, innovation practices, and industry experiences. As an educational and research institution, IIPM Bengaluru plays a pivotal role in fostering sustainable and technology-driven transformations across agribusiness value chains.

The agribusiness and plantations sector is experiencing rapid transformation driven by technological advancements, sustainability pressures, and evolving market demands, impacting everything from farming practices to supply chains.

Publication Opportunity
The conference has collaborated with the editors of the British Food Journal (ABDC–B, Scopus indexed) to invite authors of high-quality papers that fall within the journal’s scope. Selected authors will be encouraged to submit their manuscripts for consideration, and the editorial team will give such submissions expedited review.
The conference is organized in collaboration with the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA), a leading body promoting management education and research. Authors of high-quality papers will have the opportunity to submit their work to South Asian Journal of Management (SAJM) (ABDC–C indexed).
The remaining quality-assured papers from the conference will be published in the International Journal of Agribusiness and Plantation Management (IJAPM), the institute’s peer-reviewed journal, as part of the conference proceedings.
Mode of Conference
The conference is proposed to be held at the IIPMB campus. International participants may present their paper through video conference
Guidelines for Submission
- Complete, unpublished papers must be submitted online.
- Manuscripts should be anonymized, removing author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, self-citations, and any identifying URLs. The paper should begin with the title, abstract, keywords, followed by the main text.
- Papers with plagiarism above 20% will be rejected.
- Authors of accepted papers may be invited to act as discussants for other presentations.
- The main files should not include the author’s name.
Paper Formatting Guidelines
- The manuscript should be formatted using Times New Roman 12-point font and 1.5 line spacing.
- References may be formatted with single spacing. Kindly ensure that each page of the manuscript is numbered.
