My decision to join IIPMB was one of the crucial decisions of my life. Prioritizing the academics is not actually the MBA. I am always keen to sports and have a history of NCC too. So, when the opportunity was there to become a sports committee member i was first in the queue. As a member of the sports committee, I can say with confidence that our team has accomplished some truly amazing things over the past year. Our main goal was to promote physical activity and sportsmanship among the students. One of our biggest accomplishments was organizing yearly annual sports for students, professors and non-teaching staff too that create a significant change in the atmosphere and culture of the organization. We worked hard to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere, and the event was a huge success. It was great to see who may not have had the opportunity to connect before come together and bond over their shared love of sports.The variations, psychology, spirits of games not only help me as team builder but also push me to become a good man with discipline and patience. At last, as a whole IIPMB was never a campus to me. It is a mentor for me who always pushes me to become the best version of myself.

Whenever i hear the word IIPM i can't stop my mind in recollecting these things - Cute Campus, Lovely Lectures, Refreshing Relations, Smiling Soules, Ergonomically, Environment Exhilarating Experiences, and finally the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. If I am supposed to select a place that made me from " Zero To Hero " I would blindly pick IIPM because it is the place where I got transformed Physically, Mentally, emotionally. IIPM has given me enough opportunities to prove myself and upgrade each time by sharpening my skills. Those emotional moments in events, lovely times with lecturers, happy hours in classes, funny flashes with friends, joyful jiffs with juniors and sweet seconds with security made a tight knot with IIPM Will never forget IIPM and the foundation of all my future achievements was laid by IIPM.

I am ecstatic to share my journey in IIPMB as cultural committee member I was engaged in various Indian festivals and events which made me through diverse cultures and enhance my managing abilities. IIPMB has provided me ample opportunities to bring out my hidden talents of me and identify myself to be a better professional in various events and forums. I would like to take back many memories created here with all my seniors, juniors, batches and faculties. Each day in IIPMB was a memorable day that build myself personally and professionally. Now as a Agribusiness professional, I am excited to start my journey at SWAL (UPL) as Management trainee. My heartful thanks to all faculty members, batchmates, and IIPM Placement Cell for their constant guidance support for my professional career.

My journey at IIPMB has been filled with joy and exciting opportunities that gave me experiences for lifetime and will surely help me throughout my professional career. One such opportunity was being a member of Corporate Relations and Placement committee. As a part of that, I got a great exposure to interact with various professionals across the hierarchy in different companies and engaged them for various activities in the college such as Final and Summer Placements, Guest lectures and Industry interactions. Student committees act as pillars for IIPMB's learning process and I am grateful that I was able to contribute my bit for it. I will always be grateful and cherish the time here at IIPMB.

As a student of IIPM, I witnessed many beautiful things in a span of two years. I had overcome many fears that were there inside since ages. The lush green campus of IIPMB itself is a vibe. The faculty here are very friendly and helps the students for their 360degree appraisal. I have worked for the SDC which is transcending from our seniors to develop the interpersonal skills of our peers. This helped me to get a shift of thinking from ME to OURS. Every student dream is to get placed into a reputated firm. IIPM has provided me one such platform to showcase my skills and paved me a path to enter into the corporate. Management studies is not only about academics but the overall development of an individual and this was perfectly taught by IIPM. Thank you IIPMB for giving me a bundle of joy and memories.

As I reflect on the past two years, I am filled with a sense of immense gratitude for the invaluable experience and education that IIPMB has provided me to improve my technical and interpersonal skills. I am thrilled to share that my hard work and dedication have paid off, and I have been recently placed as an HR Executive Business Partner at Jayanti Herbs and Spices in Bangalore. I am confident that the skills and knowledge I gained through my time with IIPMB will enable me to excel in this new role and make a positive impact in my workplace. As a student of Food Processing Business Management, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the food industry and the skills and knowledge needed to manage a successful food processing business. The program has provided me with a strong foundation in food science and technology, as well as courses in finance, marketing, and supply chain management, which are essential for managing a food processing business. The faculty members are experts in their respective fields and have real-world experience in the food industry, which has given me a unique perspective on the industry. The program has also provided me with ample opportunities for practical learning, including industry visits, internships, and research projects, which have helped me apply my learning to real-world situations. I had the pleasure of working with the skill development committee at IIPM Bengaluru, and I can confidently say that SDC made a significant impact on our student community. SDC was passionate about developing the skills of our fellow students, and we consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our training programs were effective and beneficial. Moreover, the collaborative learning environment, with students from diverse backgrounds, has exposed me to different perspectives and ideas, which has broadened my understanding of the food industry. Overall, my education in Food Processing Business Management has been comprehensive, hands-on, and rewarding, and I feel well-equipped to make a positive impact in the food processing industry.

College is a time when students are often exploring who they are and what they want to do with their lives. They may have the opportunity to try new things, take risks, and develop their own interests and passions. Over two years of my student life I typically have the opportunity to take part in variety of classes, explore different interests, met new people, and I became more independent. And also in my college life I have been part of events like world food day and support member of content writing. With all these skills i have learned I have been placed as Relationship manager at HDFC. IIPMB is such a place which gave me lot of memories and I'm thankful to faculties.

The Indian Institution of Plantation Management has made a major contribution to my personal growth. As the Agricultural Export Business Management class representative, I have developed my leadership and team skills and have been able to further these abilities. The college is what it is now because of the faculty here. They not only provide classroom instruction but also serve as the foundation for the knowledge acquired from this prestigious college, which is a priceless gift. College not only offers a platform for academic enrichment, but also places emphasis on the student's whole growth.
