Important Instructions for Application Submission

Fields marked with * are mandatory.

1. Registration Process:

   • Click the application form link provided at the end of these instructions.
   • Enter a valid email ID for registration.
   • Enter the OTP received in the registered email inbox (look for OTP email from vmedulife info@vmedulife.com).

2. Document Upload Requirements (Maximum upload size: 1 MB):

   • Candidate’s Photograph and Signature.
   • 10th / SSC Marks Sheet.
   • 12th / HSC / Diploma Marks Sheet. (Diploma candidates must upload individual semester-wise marks sheets as a single PDF file.)
   • UG Marks Sheet. (Upload individual semester-wise marks sheets up to the 6th semester in a single PDF. For 3-year UG degrees, attach up to the 4th semester.)
   • Present Study Certificate.
   • Category Certificate & Income Certificate for SC/ST/EWS/PH/OBC candidates.
     (OBC candidates must submit a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate — for more details, refer to this link).
   • CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / CMAT / GATE Scorecard.
     (GATE scores applicable only for PGDM-FPBM candidates. If the scorecard is unavailable, upload the exam application form, acknowledgment, or admit card. Once the scorecard is received, email it to applications@iipmb.edu.in — submission is mandatory for your application to be considered.)

3. Application Fee:

   • ₹1,250/- (₹625/- for SC/ST/PH candidates).
   • After successful payment, candidates can download the application form for reference.
   • A fee receipt will also be sent to the registered email ID (from orders@ccavenue.com).

4. Payment Issues:

   • In case of a failed transaction with the amount debited but not reflected in the application form, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
