Professor in the area of Finance &Accounting at IIPMB.  He was a former faculty member at  at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.  His core areas are Financial Management, Financial reporting & Governance, Price Risk Management and Derivatives, Agri-prenuership, FPO, augmenting farmers income etc. He has undertaken several research & consultancy projects from different sponsoring agencies. He has published his research in Journals of National and International repute. He has also organized Management/Faculty Development Programs for faculties, Officials of Corporate/Government departments, students and entrepreneurs etc.

Professor Vijayakumar’s research interests are in augmenting farmers income, price discovery & risk management, Agri Finance, Derivatives.
